- If you have to be out of the office for any reason, you can divert your calls
- This option provides you with lots of flexibility, especially if you travel regularly
- If you have staff working for you and they need to work from home one day a week, you could divert the calls through to their home line
- For more advanced CCR, you could add voicemail as an option, or choose to divert calls to voicemail if the line is engaged
